Destinations are extended outside cities limits for medical appointments such as Huntington Memorial Hospital in Pasadena, Arcadia (limited locations), Alhambra (limited locations) and surrounding medical offices.

Monthly trips are scheduled to Target (Pasadena & Alhambra Stores, Santa Anita Mall (Arcadia) & Costco (Alhambra).
