Travel outside the city is limited to medical and social service appointments in Gardena, Harbor City, Lomita, Long Beach, San Pedro and Torrance.

DISABLED CLIENTS
Individuals with a physical, mobility, hearing or vision impairment are summarily approved to use the DAR program. However, individuals with disabilities that are under 60 years old must first undergo an evaluation by ACCESS SERVICES before being approved as a DAR client.
